ACCESS

  • Located on 1st level. Public access is through Exhibit Hall lobby. Dealers or show personnel can enter through loading dock.
  • Both sliding doors for the exhibit hall from the loading dock are 26’8” W x 15’6”H

LOADING DOCK INFORMATION

  • Underground loading dock with 9 truck bays, 7 with dock levelers for easy-off loading
  • Capability to turnaround trailer trucks up to 74ft in total length underground.
  • Direct truck entry via two ramps and two 15 ½ ft x 25 ft roll-up doors
  • Entrance through secure gate into loading dock via Cumberland Avenue: 37’-10” W x 15 ½ ’ H
  • Turning radius from Cumberland traveling west: 52’
  • Turning radius from Cumberland traveling east: 33’
  • Ramp A: 60’ L x 29’W with 5% slope
  • Ramp B: 60’L x 35’W with 1.5% slope

UTILITIES

  • Electrical, plumbing and telecommunications in floorports on 30’ centers
  • 12 columns contain utilities for power, telecommunications, compressed air piping, and water.
  • 3” drain in each floorport
  • Six 1” air supplies with shutoff valve and two ¾” quick-connect fittings (located in west side columns)
  • Six 1” water supplies with shutoff valve and two 3/5” quick connect fittings (located in each column)

ELECTRICAL

  • 208/120V 3 phase 5 wire 100 amp and 208/120V 3 phase 30amp in floor ports
  • 480/277V 3 phase 100 amp in columns (excluding 2 center columns in Hall B)

LIGHTING

  • Lights in the Exhibit Hall will be powered from switching and dimming panels which are controlled by computerized programmable modules.
  • 1000-watt metal-halide fixtures are located on 30’ center at 30’ above the finished floor throughout the Exhibit Hall.
  • • 500-watt incandescent fixtures are also 15’ apart in diamond pattern, located at 30’ on center at 30’ above the finished floor throughout Hall A of the Exhibit Hall. These lights are located between the 1000-watt metal-halide fixtures.
  • The 1000-watt metal-halide fixtures provide a lighting level of a maximum of 50 footcandles for the Exhibit Hall.
  • The 500-watt incandescent fixtures provide a lighting level of a maximum 15 footcandles.
  • Lowest point: 30’ from floor to rigging points
  • Rigging points are 15’ apart running east to west and 30’ apart running north to south
  • 270 rig points with a limit of 1,000 lbs per point from ceiling and steel truss
  • Dead hangs only; no bridling allowed

TECHNOLOGY

  • Distributed speaker system allows for separate operation in each Hall or combining them as a single space
  • Microphone and line level jacks are located on panels throughout the Hall to patch into sound system. Panel tie lines allow for integrated point to point patching.
  • Multi-use Cat5e wired jacks for flexible patching of voice, network, and other data signals.
  • Four Cat5e jacks and one fiber optic port in each floorport and column
  • Cable TV taps are located on the perimeter wall and distributed throughout the Hall.

COLUMNS

  • 12 columns total: 6 in Hall A and 6 in Hall B
  • Each column measures an average of 9’ x 7’
  • Columns contain 480/277V 3 phase 100 amps (excluding 2 center columns in Hall B)
  • Six 1” air supplies with shutoff valve and two ¾” quick-connect fittings (located in west side columns)
  • Six 1” water supplies with shutoff valve and two 3/5” quick connect fittings (located in west side columns)
  • All 12 columns contain utilities for power, telecommunications, compressed air piping, and water.

OTHER FEATURES

  • 2 Concession areas with full cooking capabilities, preparing all foods for both stands.
  • 4 sets (male/female) handicapped accessible restrooms: 98 water closets/urinals and 41 sinks.
  • Clear span area within Exhibit Hall A: 360’L x 150’W between center lines of column grid in largest area. Clear area between column enclosures and walls is 355’-8” L x 142’-8” W.
  • 46 doors are located around the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall to serve as emergency exits.
  • Local/toll-free courtesy phones located in Exhibit Hall lobby as well as in Hall B.
  • Moveable floor to ceiling soundproof wall can be placed to divide Hall A & Hall B
