ACCESS
-
Six entrances; each entrance has two double doors for a total of
12 double doors. Entrances located on Henley and Cumberland Concourses.
- The roll-up door in Ballroom
E measures 12’ x 9’
- Double Doors: 52” opening 9’ tall,
12 pair.
ELECTRIC
- Six 208/120V 100 amp (one in each
section)
- One 208/120V 200 amp via access
panels
- One 208/120V 400 amp from back
of house corridor
- Eight 208/120V 100amp located
in ceiling
LIGHTING
- Dimmable incandescent light fixtures
provide a lighting level of approx. 35 footcandles and the metal-halide
light fixtures provide a lighting level of approx. 50 footcandles
for a maximum lighting level of 85 footcandles
- Eight control modules are located
throughout the ballroom to control lights through the stitching
and dimming panels.
- Switching and dimming panels can
all be programmed through the control room to provide a variety
of different pre-set lighting scenes as required for each function.
- Each control module has the capability
not only to control the division it is located in, but also control
the entire ballroom as one open space or as required by the function.
TECHNOLOGY
- Built-in sound system is ideal
for public address and background music. Systems can be combined
when using multi-room configurations
- Microphone and line level jacks
are located on panels in each room to patch into sound system.
Panel tie lines allow for integrated point to point patching.
- Cat5e and multimode fiber jacks
are located on the wall in each room
- Multi-conductor audio snakes traverse
rooms ABC, EFG, and the full Ballroom
- Conduit runs, accessed via panel
in Ballroom F, provide pathway to loading dock for connection
to A/V production vehicle
- Cable TV tap on the wall in each
room
FEATURES
- The ballroom contains field-applied
tackable acoustical fabric-wrapped wall panels
- The carpeted ballroom is divided
into six separate units
- Food service is provided from
back-of house corridors of Ballrooms C, E, F and G entrances.
