MEETING ROOMS

ACCESS

  • 300 Series: Entrance to rooms on 3rd level in West Concourse; can be combined into two room combinations
  • 301 Series: Entrance to rooms on 3rd level in Henley Concourse; can be combined into two combinations: 1 two room combination and 1 three room combination
  • Measurements for the service doors for the 301 series meeting rooms are 78” x 108”
  • Measurements for the service doors for the 300 series meeting rooms are 84” x 107”
  • Meeting rooms in the 300 series: Single Doors: 32” W below panic bar; 28” at bar, 9’ tall.
  • Meeting rooms in the 301 series: Double Doors: 52” opening 9’ tall.

ELECTRIC

  • Up to 208/120 V 60amp 3 phase power capabilities in each room

LIGHTING

  • Individual lighting panels allow control of dimmable incandescent and fluorescent lighting in each room
  • Incandescent light fixtures provide a lighting level of approx. 42 footcandles
  • Fluorescent light fixtures provide a lighting level of approx. 40 footcandles.
  • Fluorescent fixtures are powered from switching panels and the incandescent fixtures are powered from dimming panels.
  • A control module is located in each division of meeting space to control the lights through the switching and dimming panels.
  • Each control module has the capability to control the division that is located in the entire meeting room as one space.

TECHNOLOGY

  • All rooms are designed to provide high-quality acoustics
  • Built-in sound system is ideal for public address and background music. Systems can be combined when using multi-room configurations
  • Microphone and line level jacks are located on panels at the front of the room to patch into sound system. Panel tie lines allow for integrated point to point patching.
  • Cat 5e jacks and multimode fiber are located in two places in each room
  • Cable TV tap at the front of each room

FEATURES

  • All carpeted meeting rooms are accessible from a service corridor, to accommodate food/beverage and audio/visual service needs.
  • Textured, air walls slide into hidden alcove
