The coordination and work your staff did on the 2008 UT Development Council Awards Dinner was outstanding. Cheri Nichols and Maria Parker are a great team and work hard to ensure that requests are met. They are professionals who are able to be flexible and friendly as well as produce great results.

Chef Chris is very talented and creative. I challenged him to prepare a menu to compliment an art deco theme, and he met the challenge with expertise. It was a pleasure to work with Chef Chris, and I appreciate his accommodating manner and willingness to please his client. The food was delicious, and the presentation was very nice. The banquet staff worked hard to follow our requests and meet our scheduling needs. I am confident this type of work is difficult, but the banquet directors are professional and eager to please.
