In our 120,000 square feet of exhibition space, we have exhibition halls, conference rooms and meeting rooms to meet the size and scope of any event – from a small reception to hosting thousands at a national convention.
The skilled, talented Knoxville Convention Center event staff offer a turnkey method to ensure everything happens behind the scenes so that the spotlight is focused on your successful event. We assign a personal event manager to walk you through every step from the day you book to the moment your last guest walks out our door.
At the Knoxville Convention Center, we handle all of your event service needs in-house, including food and beverage; setup, design and décor; production, including audiovisual, sound and lighting; and technology – all under one roof.

Savor … Knoxville Catering, the Knoxville Convention Center’s exclusive food and beverage provider, offers an assortment of culinary options and features our in-house executive chef, Chris Moore.
Our catering and event managers can guide you through menus, pricing and beverage and wine selection. If it’s not on the menu, we’ll create it. “Whatever it takes” is our philosophy.
Whether you need a sit-down banquet for a gala affair or convention, hors d’ oeuvres for an elegant reception, a fabulous buffet for a wedding, a specialty coffee and croissant from a concession cart or traditional hot dog and soda for a sporting event, Savor will satisfy.
We strive to use locally available ingredients and goods to offer foods that are fresh, wholesome and delicious. Orders are prepared on-site and done to perfection. We can offer regional favorites or ethnic varieties. Food and beverage kiosks also can be positioned in high-traffic areas to provide quick access for guests.

The Convention Center’s in-house event services team, ALL Convention and Expo Services (ACES), is dedicated to making every event a standout. ACES can transform our ballrooms and exhibit halls into creative masterpieces.
ACES provides on-site decorating from tables and linens to carpets, drapes, backdrops and stages for all occasions. Tell us your vision, and ACES will make it a reality.
We partner with M&M Productions USA to provide our planners with an in-house resource for all audio, video, digital, stage, sound and lighting needs. M&M Production are experts at lighting our facility and know how to put your event in the spotlight.
Based in Oak Ridge, M&M Productions USA has made a name for itself producing major concerts and events worldwide. From video conferencing to web streaming to screens and microphones, M&M will make sure you have access to all the tools you need for a successful event.
The Convention Center provides reliable Internet services through our partner, showNets, a company located in Georgia that offers on-site support for our events. The company is an expert in delivering Internet services for convention centers and works closely with our staff and exhibitors to ensure that all online needs are met.
Our fast, user-friendly Internet service is available at 150 complimentary user positions around the center.
MEET THE CHEF
Executive Chef Chris Moore’s creativity and passion for fresh ingredients and great flavors bring a unique flair to the food and beverage offerings. Moore’s extensive culinary background includes being selected to prepare dinner for a president of the United States and working for celebrity chef Cindy Pawlcyn of the Real Restaurant Group in San Francisco.
Every day, Moore applies his extensive experience, creativity and passion for cooking to prepare new and innovative dishes for our guests.
