Celebrating Our Fantastic Clients

We appreciate our clients every day, throughout the year.

But this year we set aside a few moments to especially thank these folks with our Holiday Toast and Tasting client appreciation event.  We decked the halls with all our beautiful holiday décor, and gathered clients and other special friends for an end-of-the-year thank you. It was our opportunity to visit with these event planners and organizers when they were not in the middle of event planning, which makes for much more relaxing conversation.  

It was also an opportunity for Chef Moore to show off some of his latest additions to our catering menu. Our guests especially loved the macaroni and cheese bar; a dish individually prepared with a plethora of mix-ins to choose from and topped with a creamy, delicious béchamel sauce.  For those who couldn’t make up their minds between the available mix-ins, chef had an already prepared option, a delectable macaroni and cheese dish with Benton’s bacon.

There was delicious mini chicken cordon bleu and hand carved smoked beef, icy cold shrimp cocktail and a fabulous selection of artisan cheeses. But my favorite was a twist to the classic crème brulée prepared in an assortment of flavors.

The Convention Center team and I enjoyed this relaxing evening with our clients and the opportunity to let them know how much they are appreciated.  It was truly a festive way to celebrate the season.
